Take the Self Test

The Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) self test is a well-tested, reliable tool, which screens for the symptoms of social anxiety disorder and thereby assists patients and doctors in identifying the disorder. The SPIN is a self-rated social anxiety disorder scale that assesses the entire spectrum of fear, avoidance, and physiologic symptoms associated with this disorder.

If you experience symptoms of social anxiety disorder, we encourage you to see your healthcare provider because only he/she can make a diagnosis.
